Holt’s last day of work at Cedar City Regional was Friday, but Thursday featured a small send-off party inside the airport terminal. Instead of managing a single airport, he’ll now be responsible for helping oversee various airports throughout the state, he said. Holt, who recently was hired as economic development and aviation manager for Utah Division of Aeronautics, started his new job on Monday in Salt Lake City.
